Good Gifts Prayer
O Lord my God, thank you that you are gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love. The Bible says that you are a Good Father who gives us good gifts. When I wake every morning may I be filled with thanksgiving for the gift of another day. When I lie down to sleep may I respond in gratitude to the many blessings you have given me each day. May I grow in the grace and knowledge of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To you be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
